[00:03:28] Listen wherever you get your podcasts.

[00:03:31] Just search Motherkind.

[00:03:47] As I mentioned at the top, we are going to go hang gliding tonight.

[00:03:51] Now, if you're anything like me, you might say,

[00:03:54] uh, no thanks.

[00:03:56] Heights are not my thing.

[00:03:58] But regardless of if you'd actually go hang gliding or not,

[00:04:01] tonight is more about feeling into the vitality of your body

[00:04:05] and feeling gratitude for all that it does for you.

[00:04:08] With that in mind, close your eyes and inhale deeply,

[00:04:25] feeling your body relaxing.

[00:04:28] Exhale slowly.

[00:04:31] Connect with this moment and leave all your worries behind.

[00:04:39] Breathe in again through your nose and feel the path that the air makes through your body,

[00:04:45] entering your nose and expanding your lungs.

[00:04:50] Go on breathing until it reaches your belly.

[00:04:54] Hold the air for a few moments.

[00:04:57] And then exhale all the air through your mouth.

[00:05:05] Visualize a green light passing through your body.

[00:05:08] This light is so bright that every part of your body it passes through

[00:05:15] will leave you more and more relaxed.

[00:05:20] It will soothe every cell from your head,

[00:05:24] your brain,

[00:05:25] your face,

[00:05:27] eyes,

[00:05:28] ears,

[00:05:30] nose,

[00:05:31] and mouth.

[00:05:32] The green light will keep flowing and go down your neck,

[00:05:40] all the way down your spine,

[00:05:49] hands,

[00:05:53] fingers.

[00:05:57] If there is a part of your body which needs special attention at this moment,

[00:06:04] direct this light towards it,

[00:06:08] bathing the desired area in its glow

[00:06:11] and transforming any part of you that may be out of balance.

[00:07:19] When finished,

[00:07:21] continue directing the light to the rest of your body,

[00:07:27] down your chest.

[00:07:42] Your whole body is surrounded by this light

[00:07:47] and it brings you awareness of your strength.

[00:07:55] Take the opportunity to connect with the peace that this light gives you.

[00:08:04] And it is in this state of absolute peace

[00:08:09] that you begin to embark on our journey today.

[00:08:16] Breathe in deeply.

[00:08:24] Continue on.

[00:08:26] Breathing at your own pace.

[00:08:28] Slowly and deeply for a few moments

[00:08:32] before we begin our visualization journey together.

[00:09:27] Slowly,

[00:09:29] you start to pay attention to your surroundings.

[00:09:34] And when you look around,

[00:09:36] you see a lot of green.

[00:09:39] You are in the middle of nature

[00:09:41] and decide to take a few steps forward

[00:09:45] until you see a very rustic sign that says,

[00:09:51] Petra Bonita.

[00:09:53] You realize that you are in Rio de Janeiro

[00:09:57] and that all of this green foliage

[00:10:01] covering the mountain ahead of you

[00:10:04] is part of the Atlantic Forest.

[00:10:08] You can already imagine how wonderful the view must be from up there.

[00:10:16] And without skipping a beat,

[00:10:19] you start toward the direction indicated on the sign.

[00:10:23] As you walk ahead,

[00:10:29] As you walk ahead,

[00:10:30] up the path,

[00:10:31] you see all the fauna and flora.

[00:10:40] You see some marmonset monkeys

[00:10:43] jumping on the branches of the trees.

[00:10:49] They look at you, too.

[00:10:52] They are so used to people

[00:10:54] that they don't mind your presence.

[00:11:01] Some hummingbirds fly over the orchids

[00:11:04] and bromeliads.

[00:11:07] You see jekitibas,

[00:11:09] huge trees with trunks

[00:11:12] that reach over 10 meters high,

[00:11:15] which, with all their beauty,

[00:11:19] dance with their long branches,

[00:11:22] as if hoping to call your attention.

[00:11:27] Along your way,

[00:11:28] you will also come across

[00:11:30] guinea pig-like agouti,

[00:11:33] possums,

[00:11:33] and a beautiful sloth

[00:11:36] that moves slowly,

[00:11:39] hanging from the trunk of a tree.

[00:11:43] You notice how slow his movements are.

[00:11:48] But soon,

[00:11:49] he stops moving,

[00:11:52] sinking into his sweet sleep.

[00:11:56] And so you follow the trail.

[00:12:03] The first rays of sunlight

[00:12:06] illuminate the entire path.

[00:12:10] And the morning breeze

[00:12:12] brings a very pleasant smell

[00:12:16] of freshness and nature,

[00:12:19] making your journey

[00:12:21] even more pleasant.

[00:12:25] You breathe in deeply.

[00:12:30] And as you breathe,

[00:12:32] you can see an iguana

[00:12:35] crossing your path.

[00:12:39] Its light green scales

[00:12:42] catch your attention.

[00:12:45] It stops,

[00:12:47] looks at you for a second,

[00:12:50] and then carries on walking.

[00:12:55] You feel welcome

[00:12:57] and accepted in this forest.

[00:13:02] And so you keep following

[00:13:04] the trail

[00:13:05] until you see a wooden plaque

[00:13:08] with hand-painted letters

[00:13:11] that say,

[00:13:13] free-flying ramp.

[00:13:16] Your heart is telling you

[00:13:18] to go in that direction.

[00:13:21] Should I?

[00:13:23] You think

[00:13:27] trusting your intuition

[00:13:29] is always

[00:13:31] the best way.

[00:13:34] You decide

[00:13:35] to follow

[00:13:36] the direction

[00:13:37] indicated

[00:13:38] on the sign.

[00:13:42] You walk

[00:13:43] a bit faster.

[00:13:45] Now,

[00:13:46] more than ever,

[00:13:48] you can't wait

[00:13:50] to get up there.

[00:13:54] Feeling the strength

[00:13:56] of your motivation.

[00:13:58] You breathe in again,

[00:14:02] smelling the forest

[00:14:04] still damp

[00:14:06] from the morning dew.

[00:14:09] The air is clean

[00:14:11] like the day

[00:14:15] after the rain.

[00:14:18] And that smell

[00:14:19] brings you peace.

[00:14:22] What?

[00:14:23] You actually

[00:14:28] get steeper.

[00:14:29] You feel your legs

[00:14:31] straining a bit more

[00:14:33] and a pleasant energy

[00:14:35] pulses inside you.

[00:14:38] And as you climb,

[00:14:41] you can already see

[00:14:43] the hang-gliding ramp

[00:14:45] from afar

[00:14:46] as well as

[00:14:48] the breath-taking view.

[00:14:54] You walk

[00:14:55] for a few more minutes,

[00:14:58] determined

[00:14:59] to reach your goal.

[00:15:01] You're so excited.

[00:15:06] And before you know it,

[00:15:08] you find yourself

[00:15:10] on the platform

[00:15:11] high up

[00:15:13] on the mountain.

[00:15:15] You've made it.

[00:15:19] You look around,

[00:15:21] observing your surroundings.

[00:15:24] There is a ramp

[00:15:26] and an extensive patio

[00:15:28] with several

[00:15:30] parked hang-gliders

[00:15:32] already assembled

[00:15:34] and waiting

[00:15:36] their turn

[00:15:37] to fly.

[00:15:41] There's a wooden bench

[00:15:43] for those

[00:15:44] who want to sit

[00:15:45] and watch

[00:15:46] people jumping

[00:15:48] and plenty

[00:15:50] of open space

[00:15:51] to lie down

[00:15:53] and enjoy

[00:15:55] the sky

[00:15:55] or sit

[00:15:57] and enjoy

[00:15:58] the view.

[00:15:59] And what

[00:16:02] a view.

[00:16:04] You get

[00:16:05] lost

[00:16:05] in so much

[00:16:07] beauty.

[00:16:08] Nature

[00:16:09] is so

[00:16:10] perfect here.

[00:16:12] From up there,

[00:16:13] you can see

[00:16:14] the sea,

[00:16:15] the sand,

[00:16:17] the beach

[00:16:18] that stretches

[00:16:19] as far

[00:16:20] as your eyes

[00:16:21] can reach.

[00:16:22] and the city

[00:16:24] of Rio de Janeiro.

[00:16:28] You watch

[00:16:29] the view,

[00:16:30] memorizing

[00:16:31] every detail.

[00:16:35] From the top

[00:16:37] of the mountain,

[00:16:38] the view

[00:16:39] looks like

[00:16:40] a painting

[00:16:41] that moves

[00:16:43] and transforms

[00:16:45] every second.

[00:16:50] A work of art

[00:16:52] that is sculpted

[00:16:54] every day

[00:16:55] by nature

[00:16:56] as well

[00:16:58] as by people.

[00:17:02] You take

[00:17:03] a deep breath,

[00:17:05] admiring

[00:17:06] the beauty

[00:17:07] of this place.

[00:18:11] You continue

[00:18:12] exploring

[00:18:13] the surroundings

[00:18:14] until you realize

[00:18:17] that

[00:18:18] beside you

[00:18:19] there is

[00:18:21] another person

[00:18:22] near the ramp

[00:18:23] checking

[00:18:24] the equipment.

[00:18:28] Slowly,

[00:18:30] you get closer.

[00:18:32] The young man

[00:18:34] who is

[00:18:35] bending down

[00:18:36] and fiddling

[00:18:37] with a backpack

[00:18:38] gets up

[00:18:40] with a wide

[00:18:41] smile

[00:18:42] and starts

[00:18:44] walking

[00:18:44] towards

[00:18:45] the hang glider

[00:18:47] that is parked

[00:18:48] in the jump

[00:18:49] area.

[00:18:56] He waits

[00:18:56] that he

[00:18:57] will be

[00:18:57] the next

[00:18:58] to jump

[00:18:58] but halfway

[00:19:00] down

[00:19:01] he turns

[00:19:02] and gestures

[00:19:03] for you

[00:19:04] to follow him.

[00:19:08] Without hesitation

[00:19:09] you start

[00:19:10] walking

[00:19:11] towards him.

[00:19:14] He finishes

[00:19:15] adjusting

[00:19:16] the equipment

[00:19:17] and hence

[00:19:19] you a helmet.

[00:19:23] You look

[00:19:24] ahead

[00:19:24] and see

[00:19:25] that majestic

[00:19:27] view.

[00:19:28] Take a deep

[00:19:30] breath

[00:19:32] and without

[00:19:33] a second

[00:19:33] thought

[00:19:34] you put

[00:19:36] on your

[00:19:36] helmet.

[00:19:39] The young

[00:19:40] man helps

[00:19:40] you to attach

[00:19:41] the straps

[00:19:42] to the glider

[00:19:43] and the

[00:19:44] flight belt.

[00:19:48] Your heart

[00:19:49] beats

[00:19:49] faster.

[00:19:51] A

[00:19:51] pleasurable

[00:19:52] adrenaline

[00:19:53] starts coursing

[00:19:55] through

[00:19:55] every

[00:19:56] corner

[00:19:57] of your

[00:19:57] body.

[00:20:00] It's

[00:20:00] moments

[00:20:01] like these

[00:20:02] that feed

[00:20:03] your soul.

[00:20:06] it's

[00:20:06] that kind

[00:20:07] of

[00:20:07] adrenaline

[00:20:08] that

[00:20:09] makes

[00:20:09] you

[00:20:09] happy.

[00:20:15] Safely

[00:20:15] attached

[00:20:16] to the

[00:20:16] hay,

[00:20:18] you prepare

[00:20:19] to run

[00:20:19] up the

[00:20:20] ramp.

[00:20:21] Feeling

[00:20:22] confident,

[00:20:25] he gives

[00:20:25] you a

[00:20:26] signal

[00:20:26] indicating

[00:20:27] that the

[00:20:29] way

[00:20:29] is clear

[00:20:30] for you.

[00:20:34] For a few

[00:20:35] minutes,

[00:20:36] you don't

[00:20:37] make a

[00:20:37] move.

[00:20:39] You just

[00:20:40] look out.

[00:20:45] once

[00:20:45] again,

[00:20:47] you take

[00:20:47] another

[00:20:48] deep

[00:20:49] new

[00:20:58] gesture

[00:20:59] to the

[00:21:00] young

[00:21:00] boy,

[00:21:02] showing

[00:21:02] that you

[00:21:03] are ready

[00:21:04] to jump.

[00:21:07] Take a

[00:21:07] deep breath.

[00:21:13] With your

[00:21:14] hands on

[00:21:15] the control

[00:21:15] bar,

[00:21:17] you no

[00:21:18] longer feel

[00:21:19] your feet

[00:21:19] on the

[00:21:20] ground.

[00:21:22] They

[00:21:22] float

[00:21:23] into

[00:21:24] the air.

[00:21:26] You

[00:21:27] are

[00:21:28] flying

[00:21:30] and

[00:21:31] flying

[00:21:31] high.

[00:21:33] it's

[00:21:34] almost

[00:21:35] unbelievable.

[00:21:38] Little

[00:21:38] by little,

[00:21:40] your

[00:21:40] hang

[00:21:40] glider

[00:21:41] draws

[00:21:42] circles

[00:21:42] in the

[00:21:43] sky

[00:21:44] so

[00:21:45] that

[00:21:45] the

[00:21:45] current

[00:21:46] of

[00:21:46] warm

[00:21:47] air

[00:21:47] carries

[00:21:48] you

[00:21:48] upward.

[00:21:52] The

[00:21:52] wind

[00:21:52] is

[00:21:53] favorable

[00:21:54] and

[00:21:55] you

[00:21:55] feel

[00:21:56] like

[00:21:56] a

[00:21:56] free

[00:21:57] bird.

[00:21:59] What

[00:21:59] an

[00:21:59] extraordinary

[00:22:01] sensation.

[00:22:05] Still

[00:22:05] close

[00:22:06] to

[00:22:06] the

[00:22:07] mountain,

[00:22:07] you can

[00:22:09] see the

[00:22:09] diversity

[00:22:10] of

[00:22:10] vegetation.

[00:22:12] It's

[00:22:13] such a

[00:22:13] vivid

[00:22:14] green,

[00:22:16] so

[00:22:16] beautiful.

[00:22:19] After

[00:22:20] gliding

[00:22:20] for a

[00:22:21] long

[00:22:21] time

[00:22:22] near

[00:22:23] the

[00:22:23] mountain,

[00:22:24] you

[00:22:25] gradually

[00:22:25] move

[00:22:26] away

[00:22:27] and

[00:22:28] begin

[00:22:29] to head

[00:22:30] towards

[00:22:30] the

[00:22:31] beach.

[00:22:33] you

[00:22:34] push

[00:22:34] the

[00:22:35] bar

[00:22:35] forward

[00:22:36] so

[00:22:37] that

[00:22:37] your

[00:22:37] hang

[00:22:38] glider

[00:22:38] can

[00:22:39] slide

[00:22:39] a

[00:22:40] little

[00:22:40] higher.

[00:22:41] You

[00:22:42] close

[00:22:42] your

[00:22:43] eyes

[00:22:44] and

[00:22:44] for

[00:22:44] a few

[00:22:45] seconds

[00:22:45] you

[00:22:46] feel

[00:22:47] the

[00:22:47] sun

[00:22:48] warming

[00:22:49] your

[00:22:49] face

[00:22:50] and

[00:22:51] the

[00:22:51] wind.

[00:22:57] When

[00:22:57] you

[00:22:58] look

[00:22:58] down,

[00:22:59] you

[00:22:59] see

[00:23:00] children

[00:23:00] on

[00:23:01] the

[00:23:11] your

[00:23:12] soul

[00:23:12] that

[00:23:15] they

[00:23:15] look

[00:23:15] really

[00:23:16] tiny

[00:23:17] down

[00:23:17] there.

[00:23:21] You

[00:23:21] also

[00:23:21] see

[00:23:22] people

[00:23:23] exercising,

[00:23:25] walking

[00:23:26] along

[00:23:27] the

[00:23:27] beach

[00:23:30] and

[00:23:30] even

[00:23:31] couples

[00:23:31] in

[00:23:32] love

[00:23:32] walking

[00:23:33] hand

[00:23:34] in

[00:23:34] hand.

[00:23:38] You

[00:23:38] see

[00:23:39] cyclists

[00:23:40] and

[00:23:41] people

[00:23:42] walking

[00:23:42] their

[00:23:43] dog.

[00:23:46] You

[00:23:46] also

[00:23:47] see

[00:23:48] the

[00:23:48] roofs

[00:23:48] of

[00:23:49] the

[00:23:49] kiosks

[00:23:50] with

[00:23:51] plastic

[00:23:52] tables

[00:23:53] and

[00:23:54] chairs

[00:23:55] set

[00:23:55] out

[00:23:56] around

[00:23:56] them.

[00:23:58] Everything

[00:23:59] is so

[00:24:00] small

[00:24:00] it

[00:24:01] almost

[00:24:02] seems

[00:24:02] like a

[00:24:03] scale

[00:24:04] model.

[00:24:06] You

[00:24:07] begin

[00:24:07] to

[00:24:08] fly

[00:24:08] towards

[00:24:09] the

[00:24:09] sea

[00:24:10] and

[00:24:11] the

[00:24:11] smell

[00:24:12] of

[00:24:12] the

[00:24:12] ocean

[00:24:13] perfumes

[00:24:14] the

[00:24:15] air

[00:24:15] that

[00:24:16] enters

[00:24:16] through

[00:24:17] your

[00:24:17] nose

[00:24:18] making

[00:24:19] everything

[00:24:20] even

[00:24:21] more

[00:24:22] serene.

[00:24:26] The

[00:24:26] view

[00:24:27] of

[00:24:27] the

[00:24:28] immensity

[00:24:28] of

[00:24:29] the

[00:24:29] sea

[00:24:30] is

[00:24:31] breathtaking.

[00:24:32] The

[00:24:34] sparkling

[00:24:34] blue

[00:24:35] water

[00:24:36] the

[00:24:37] gray

[00:24:38] stones

[00:24:39] the

[00:24:40] movement

[00:24:41] of

[00:24:41] the

[00:24:41] waves

[00:24:42] the

[00:24:43] reflection

[00:24:44] of

[00:24:45] the

[00:24:45] sun

[00:24:46] on

[00:24:46] the

[00:24:46] water

[00:24:47] the

[00:24:49] foam

[00:24:49] that

[00:24:50] forms

[00:24:51] every

[00:24:52] time

[00:24:53] the

[00:24:53] waves

[00:24:54] break.

[00:24:57] There

[00:24:58] are so

[00:24:58] many

[00:24:59] details.

[00:25:03] It's

[00:25:04] a

[00:25:04] beautiful

[00:25:05] day

[00:25:06] and

[00:25:07] there

[00:25:07] are

[00:25:08] some

[00:25:08] lonely

[00:25:09] surfers

[00:25:10] sprawled

[00:25:12] out

[00:25:12] in the

[00:25:13] sea

[00:25:13] sitting

[00:25:15] on their

[00:25:16] boards

[00:25:17] enjoying

[00:25:19] the

[00:25:20] calmness

[00:25:21] of the

[00:25:22] water.

[00:25:25] They

[00:25:26] look like

[00:25:26] little

[00:25:27] specks

[00:25:28] in the

[00:25:29] middle

[00:25:29] of

[00:25:30] all

[00:25:30] this

[00:25:31] atmosphere

[00:25:37] is

[00:25:37] replaced

[00:25:38] by the

[00:25:39] whistling

[00:25:40] of the

[00:25:41] wind,

[00:25:42] the

[00:25:43] singing

[00:25:43] of the

[00:25:44] birds

[00:25:45] flying

[00:25:46] below you,

[00:25:48] the

[00:25:49] sound

[00:25:50] the

[00:25:50] hang

[00:25:51] glider

[00:25:51] makes

[00:25:52] when it

[00:25:53] swoops

[00:25:54] with the

[00:25:55] direction

[00:25:56] of the

[00:25:57] warm

[00:25:57] air

[00:25:58] current

[00:26:00] and the

[00:26:01] soothing

[00:26:02] sound

[00:26:03] of the

[00:26:05] ocean

[00:26:05] wave.

[00:26:08] Taking

[00:26:09] advantage

[00:26:10] of the

[00:26:11] favorable

[00:26:12] weather,

[00:26:14] you move

[00:26:16] the bar,

[00:26:17] choosing to

[00:26:18] experience

[00:26:19] a few

[00:26:20] seconds

[00:26:21] of free

[00:26:22] fall,

[00:26:24] and exploring

[00:26:26] steeper

[00:26:27] maneuvers,

[00:26:30] this feeling

[00:26:31] in your

[00:26:32] stomach

[00:26:32] makes you

[00:26:34] feel

[00:26:35] alone.

[00:26:37] As the

[00:26:38] adrenaline

[00:26:39] makes your

[00:26:40] heart

[00:26:40] race,

[00:26:43] you like

[00:26:44] this,

[00:26:45] it makes

[00:26:46] you feel

[00:26:47] so good.

[00:26:56] You then

[00:26:57] slowly

[00:26:58] pull the

[00:26:59] bar close

[00:27:00] to you,

[00:27:01] and your

[00:27:03] movement

[00:27:04] leads the

[00:27:05] hang glider

[00:27:06] to prepare

[00:27:07] to land,

[00:27:10] approaching

[00:27:10] the beat

[00:27:13] closer,

[00:27:16] closer,

[00:27:19] closer,

[00:27:20] until

[00:27:22] finally

[00:27:23] your feet

[00:27:24] touch

[00:27:25] the

[00:27:25] fluffy,

[00:27:27] clear,

[00:27:29] warm

[00:27:30] sand.

[00:27:34] You step

[00:27:35] off the

[00:27:36] hang glider

[00:27:38] with your

[00:27:39] body,

[00:27:40] mind,

[00:27:41] and soul.

[00:27:47] You walk

[00:27:47] towards the

[00:27:48] sea,

[00:27:50] feeling the

[00:27:51] sand beneath

[00:27:52] your feet.

[00:27:56] You decide

[00:27:57] to stop

[00:28:00] to enjoy

[00:28:01] nature,

[00:28:02] but now,

[00:28:04] from a

[00:28:05] different

[00:28:06] perspective,

[00:28:09] you no

[00:28:10] longer watch

[00:28:11] nature

[00:28:12] from above.

[00:28:21] You feel

[00:28:22] a part of

[00:28:22] it.

[00:28:32] you feel

[00:28:33] so proud

[00:28:34] of your

[00:28:35] current

[00:28:38] from now

[00:28:39] on that

[00:28:47] this experience

[00:28:48] has brought

[00:28:49] you.

[00:28:51] You look

[00:28:52] up at the

[00:28:52] sky and

[00:28:54] see a

[00:28:55] seagull

[00:28:55] flying above

[00:28:57] you.

[00:28:59] It makes

[00:29:00] you think

[00:29:01] about how

[00:29:02] a few

[00:29:02] moments ago

[00:29:04] you were

[00:29:06] that seagull

[00:29:07] blue sky

[00:29:10] flying with

[00:29:15] a heart

[00:29:15] full of

[00:29:16] gratitude.

[00:29:18] In this

[00:29:19] contemplative

[00:29:20] state,

[00:29:22] you lie

[00:29:23] down on

[00:29:24] the sand.

[00:29:28] Take a

[00:29:28] deep breath

[00:29:29] in and

[00:29:31] feel your

[00:29:32] body floating

[00:29:34] like a

[00:29:35] balloon.

[00:29:37] in a

[00:29:37] deep

[00:29:38] state

[00:29:38] of

[00:29:39] relaxation

[00:29:47] and feel

[00:29:48] the soft

[00:29:58] start paying

[00:30:00] attention to

[00:30:01] your body,

[00:30:03] looking for

[00:30:04] any part

[00:30:05] that is

[00:30:06] not relaxed

[00:30:12] with your

[00:30:13] head

[00:30:18] going down

[00:30:20] your spine.

[00:30:46] Feel

[00:30:47] that after

[00:30:49] this

[00:30:49] transforming

[00:30:50] experience,

[00:30:54] your body

[00:30:55] is

[00:30:56] varying

[00:31:09] and your

[00:31:10] soul

[00:31:10] is

[00:31:12] serene.

[00:31:17] Take a

[00:31:17] deep

[00:31:18] breath,

[00:31:19] listen

[00:31:20] to the

[00:31:21] sound

[00:31:21] of the

[00:31:22] sea

[00:31:22] in the

[00:31:23] bird.

[00:31:26] Breathe

[00:31:27] out

[00:31:27] slowly,

[00:31:31] feel the

[00:31:32] wind

[00:31:32] on your

[00:31:33] face,

[00:31:36] breathe

[00:31:36] in

[00:31:39] the

[00:31:40] smell

[00:31:40] of

[00:31:41] the

[00:31:41] sea

[00:31:43] and

[00:31:44] surrender

[00:31:45] yourself

[00:31:46] to

[00:31:47] this

[00:31:48] moment.

[00:31:54] Breathe

[00:31:54] out,

[00:31:57] breathe

[00:31:58] down,

[00:31:58] breathe

[00:31:58] ot

[00:31:58] exhale
