[00:01:43] [SPEAKER_01]: I felt like I needed every spare second to pack and get things together for the move,

[00:01:48] [SPEAKER_01]: and the thought of going on vacation felt even more stressful to me.

[00:01:53] [SPEAKER_01]: Long story short, we went anyway, and I was sitting on the beach that first night and

[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_01]: I realized, whoa, I really, really needed to get away.

[00:02:04] [SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't believe how necessary it was to get out of my normal life.

[00:02:09] [SPEAKER_01]: In this nonstop roller coaster of a year, taking a moment to stop and process everything

[00:02:14] [SPEAKER_01]: was essential.

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_01]: As I rested and swam and enjoyed time just being still and letting the sun shine down

[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_01]: on me, I felt something in me unclench.

[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_01]: I knew I was making way for a deeper healing to take place.

[00:02:31] [SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes we need to create space for inner healing.

[00:02:35] [SPEAKER_01]: And the irony is that when we need the space the most is when we are least likely to take

[00:02:41] [SPEAKER_01]: it.

[00:02:42] [SPEAKER_01]: Just like stopping life for a vacation felt challenging, sometimes stopping to meditate

[00:02:48] [SPEAKER_01]: feels really hard too.

[00:02:50] [SPEAKER_01]: But it is always, always worth it.

[00:02:54] [SPEAKER_01]: Meditation allows our minds to slow and opens the pathway for deeper mental and physical

[00:03:00] [SPEAKER_01]: rest.

[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't matter if you're needing healing from a major illness or just from the daily

[00:03:06] [SPEAKER_01]: stressors of life.

[00:03:08] [SPEAKER_01]: The sleep meditation Billy has created for us tonight is going to help us all to slow

[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_01]: down, get still, and rest deeply so that we can allow inner healing to flow.

[00:03:29] [SPEAKER_01]: Intuitive healing is a process of connecting deeply with the wisdom that resides within.

[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_01]: There is a part of you that knows what is needed for balance and wholeness, even when

[00:03:41] [SPEAKER_01]: that knowledge lies beneath the surface of your conscious awareness.

[00:03:46] [SPEAKER_01]: This inner wisdom often communicates through symbols, dreams, and subtle feelings, guiding

[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_01]: you toward what needs attention.

[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_01]: Tonight's sleep meditation will help you relax your mind and give space to your intuitive

[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_01]: insight about what it is you truly need to become integrated and whole, which is the

[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_01]: true measure of health and well-being.

[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_01]: Trust that whatever you are experiencing in the now is an essential part of the arc of

[00:04:19] [SPEAKER_01]: healing and transformation.

[00:04:22] [SPEAKER_01]: There are times when you can see clearly, and there are times when the path seems hidden.

[00:04:29] [SPEAKER_01]: This meditation will guide you to cultivate an ability to see around corners and acknowledge

[00:04:35] [SPEAKER_01]: the importance of inhabiting this moment, even and especially when there is resistance

[00:04:41] [SPEAKER_01]: to what life is presenting.

[00:04:44] [SPEAKER_01]: As you settle in, find a comfortable position, allowing your body to relax.

[00:04:54] [SPEAKER_01]: Feel the surface beneath you supporting your weight as you gently close your eyes.

[00:05:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, release any tension or stress you may be holding

[00:05:13] [SPEAKER_01]: onto from the activity of the day.

[00:05:18] [SPEAKER_01]: Let go of what has passed.

[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_01]: Let go of the future, and allow yourself to simply be here now, present in this moment.

[00:05:34] [SPEAKER_01]: Acknowledge any difficulty that you are having with this.

[00:05:41] [SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes it feels like we want to be anywhere other than where we are.

[00:05:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Still, when we return to the breath and the sensations in the body, we can occupy the

[00:05:54] [SPEAKER_01]: attitude of an observer, watching the mind do what the mind does.

[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_01]: It thinks.

[00:06:02] [SPEAKER_01]: The mind produces thoughts, sometimes spontaneously, sometimes of our own volition.

[00:06:09] [SPEAKER_01]: More often than not, they are a response to some stimulus.

[00:06:14] [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe we are reminded of some errand we were supposed to run, and the mind begins to plan

[00:06:20] [SPEAKER_01]: when it can be done giving rise to a sense of being behind, or being on schedule as the

[00:06:26] [SPEAKER_01]: case may be.

[00:06:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Or perhaps you see an old friend whom you haven't seen in a while, and your mind begins

[00:06:33] [SPEAKER_01]: to formulate a comparison between you and them, which either produces anxiety that you

[00:06:40] [SPEAKER_01]: aren't good enough, or pride that you are, in fact, very, very good after all.

[00:06:47] [SPEAKER_01]: In either case, the thoughts appear in the mind and you begin to identify with the thoughts,

[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_01]: even though those thoughts were nowhere to be found before the stimulus appeared, and

[00:07:01] [SPEAKER_01]: soon fade after a short time.

[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_01]: In order to tap into the capacity or healing that intuition affords, we need to move beyond

[00:07:14] [SPEAKER_01]: surface-level thoughts, reactions, and identities in order to access our inner guidance and

[00:07:22] [SPEAKER_01]: deeper self-awareness.

[00:07:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Now, bring your awareness to the thoughts passing through your mind.

[00:07:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Perhaps they come as fleeting memories of the day, things you did, things you need to

[00:07:46] [SPEAKER_01]: do, or maybe they are comparisons, judgments, or worries.

[00:07:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Watch them appear and fade, like clouds drifting across the sky.

[00:08:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Recognize that these thoughts arise, stay for a while, and then disappear.

[00:08:15] [SPEAKER_01]: There's no need to hold onto them or to act on them.

[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_01]: Allow them to dissolve, knowing that these surface thoughts are not the deepest parts

[00:08:30] [SPEAKER_01]: of your being.

[00:08:34] [SPEAKER_01]: As you let go of these fleeting thoughts, imagine descending gently, deeper and deeper

[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_01]: into yourself.

[00:08:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Beneath the surface of the mind, there are layers of knowing that can exist beyond words,

[00:09:01] [SPEAKER_01]: layers of wisdom that guide you without effort.

[00:09:09] [SPEAKER_01]: This is where your inner guidance lives, always there, although you may be so aware of the

[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_01]: surface that the depths are not available to you until you allow your thoughts to settle

[00:09:26] [SPEAKER_01]: down.

[00:09:28] [SPEAKER_01]: Feel the quietness of your body and mind, and sense the deeper intelligence within you.

[00:09:40] [SPEAKER_01]: You may notice a sensation, a feeling, or perhaps an intuitive sense that something

[00:09:50] [SPEAKER_01]: inside you is calling for your attention.

[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_01]: It might be a part of you that needs care, or a thought you've long avoided, or a tension

[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_01]: you've carried for too long.

[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_01]: Trust that whatever rises to the surface is here for healing.

[00:10:16] [SPEAKER_01]: Breathing gently in and out of the nostrils, bring your awareness back to the rise and
