Sleep Meditation - Shelter From The Storm

In tonight's Sleep Meditation with Karissa, we are going to reconnect to the feelings of safety, comfort and ease of being safe in our beds. Immersing yourself in these sensations will help your body to relax fully and deeply, and a relaxed body leads to a relaxed mind.

First, we'll start with some relaxing insight from Karissa (00:00-04:53)

Before tonight's Sleep Hypnosis (04:53-38:48)

Our beds are a place of refuge. It doesn’t always feel that way when we are tossing and turning though, or when sleep is more foe than friend. Tonight’s sleep meditation is about becoming the calm at the center of the storm and taking refuge within your own center. To some, this may sound like the exact opposite of refuge. Many people look outside of themselves for comfort when conditions and circumstances seem turbulent. Let's access that place of calm and tranquility with in ourselves, and through meditation become our own shelter from the storm.
