[00:00:43] Whether it's morning, lunchtime, or after a long day, this practice is here whenever you need to shake something off or step into something new. So take a breath and begin walking at any pace that feels natural. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Each step connects you to the earth.
[00:01:17] Reminding you, you're here. You're safe. Each step is enough. Let your arms move freely. Let your breath find its own rhythm. Notice, are your shoulders tight? Let them soften. Is your jaw clenched?
[00:02:07] Unhinge it just a little. Let your face relax. Now bring your attention to one foot. Feel it lift, move through space, and return to the ground. Now the other. Lift, move. Let your gaze gently widen. You're not searching for anything.
[00:02:45] Just noticing. Just noticing. What's the color of the sky right now? Can you see trees? Buildings? Or clouds? Notice the light. Is it soft? Golden? Bright? Or fading?
[00:03:13] Now tune in. Now tune in to sound? Are there birds? Distant traffic? Footsteps? Or quiet all around? Notice the texture of the air on your skin. Cool? Still? Breezy? Take it in.
[00:03:58] This moment is here. You're in it. Now gently repeat to yourself with your steps. Carry you for a few more breaths.
[00:04:52] Walking. Noticing. You don't have to feel better. Just more here.
[00:05:11] This is your reset. This is your reset. By step. Moment by moment. Let's finish with a deep, grounding breath.
[00:05:33] In. Notice what's changed since you started walking. Maybe the light shifted. Maybe the breeze picked up.
[00:06:06] Maybe your breath feels softer. Maybe your breath feels softer. Your mind a little quieter. Let this moment stay with you. In your feet. In your pace. In the way you carry yourself forward.
