Sleep Hypnosis - Healing Your Family Tree

Tonight’s Sleep Hypnosis with Jessica is designed to help to heal family issues, and the wounds that we can carry from generation to generation. Through both nature and nurture, we pick up our families’ strengths, talents and weird birthmarks. But we can also pick up the suffering from previous generations, even when we don’t experience the same circumstances. It can be difficult to rise above or transmute that pain, and because it’s carried by our loved ones, we can feel guilty even trying to.

But first, credit where credit is due: This hypnosis is based on a technique I learned from a teacher of Jessica's, Donna Macallum, on a course she runs called the 7 Levels of Abundance, and she learned it from Tanya Mayburgh, who is a family constellations master trainer. It was also a response to a request Jessica received on instagram from Madeline, from Juneau Alaska. When Jessica first did it, it gave her a really profound feeling of peace and appreciation for my ancestors, and forged a beautiful connection to them all.
